These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PHFairy platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any real-money wagers.

All games on PHFairy use a certified random number generator. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by prior results, player history, or session performance.
PHFairy provides deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion options to all registered players. Use of these tools is encouraged and can be activated at any time from account settings.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. PHFairy will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by a player's failure to secure their credentials.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PHFairy ("PHFairy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the PHFairy platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the PHFairy platform.
By accessing or using the PHFairy website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the PHFairy Platform.
Your continued use of the PHFairy Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. PHFairy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with PHFairy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
21+ Age Restriction: Real-money gaming on PHFairy is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gambling laws and applicable PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

PHFairy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.
To access real-money games on PHFairy, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number or email address, and any other information requested by PHFairy for identity verification purposes.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on PHFairy. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. PHFairy reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHFairy account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PHFairy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify PHFairy immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. PHFairy may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
PHFairy is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.
PHFairy accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). PHFairy does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount on PHFairy is ₱100. PH Fairy reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time, with notice provided on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one (1) business day. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. PHFairy reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
PHFairy encourages all players to set personal deposit limits through their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: PHFairy is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the PHFairy Platform are monitored. PHFairy reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
PHFairy offers a selection of online games including, but not limited to, fishing arcade games (All-Star Fishing, Fishing Expert), bingo games (Go Goal Bingo, Bingo Adventure), and action games (Boat of Fortune, Big Hammer). Game availability may vary and PHFairy reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
All game outcomes on PHFairy are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG ensures that each game result is independent, random, and unpredictable. PHFairy does not manipulate game outcomes based on player history, session duration, account balance, or any other factor.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that affects the integrity of a game round, PHFairy reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. PHFairy's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the refund of the original wager will be provided in connection with a technical malfunction.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to each game on the PHFairy Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. PHFairy reserves the right to modify wager limits at any time.
PHFairy may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions, free credits, or other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Fraud and Abuse: PHFairy employs advanced fraud detection systems. Any account found to be engaged in fraudulent activity will be permanently suspended and all funds held in the account will be forfeited. PHFairy reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All content on the PHFairy Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of PHFairy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PHFairy Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the PHFairy Platform without the prior written consent of PHFairy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHFairy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the PHFairy Platform, including but not limited to:
PHFairy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHFairy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gaming Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that participation in real-money gaming involves financial risk. You accept full responsibility for any losses incurred through your use of the PHFairy Platform. PHFairy strongly encourages all players to game responsibly and within their financial means.
PHFairy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering on the PHFairy Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
PHFairy implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
You may close your PHFairy account at any time by contacting PHFairy support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
PHFairy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if PHFairy reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In the event of termination for cause, PHFairy may forfeit any balance held in your account.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the PHFairy Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
PHFairy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PHFairy will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the PHFairy Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the PHFairy Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PHFairy Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact PHFairy and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. PHFairy will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice.
